I love this dealership! They are efficient. I was quoted a price for service and the first quote was lower then the actual price of service. I needed two rear tires ( Pirelli P 0's, not cheap.) I was quoted for only one... That service manager who made the mistake automatically stuck with the quoted price. I actually got a discount on labor. OUTSTANDING!

This place has the worst customer service I have ever seen! First of all they had a price on the vehicle that I called about and agreed to buy it. I saw the next day they dropped it $1000. I called and said I was happy to see that it went down. They said "oh no sorry it was a mistake we will not honor this price"! So annoyed with that I still agreed to purchase it. I am out of state so I had to have it shipped. It showed up with a empty gas tank. As I know it's not the biggest deal in the world it's part of the Audi Certified program that it's supposed to be full of gas and clean. I Paid $60,000 for my car it was just a little annoying to say the least. No big deal brushed that off. Waited for a month for my registration in the mail nothing so I emailed the dealer they said "it's in the mail" which was a lie. 2 weeks later still hadn't seen the registration in the mail. Called the DMV they said they haven't gotten anything from them. My temp plates were expired. So of course I emailed the dealer and they assured me it was sent out and they sent me more temporary plates. They originally did not give me the $43000 tax credit for the sale of my vehicle which is how it works in my state so they overcharged my tax on the vehicle $3600 and said in a nice way to go get it back from your DMV yourself. Long story short on that deal they still haven't sent in the $4200 tax total to my dmv and I have emailed and called at least 10 times and no one follows through with anything. They took my tax money, overcharged me and I am still out my registration money and don't have my plates. This is the most unprofessional business that I have ever dealt with. Trust me do not buy a car from them they will not help you and will take your money and "forget to send it to the dmv".
