Laptop LCD & PC Service

We took a LCD projector there for a estimate for repair. They took forever to look at it and I had to call several times to get any information on what the problem might be. After about three weeks I finally got a hold of them and was told that the lamp was going out and was told that they could not find a lamp for less than $300. We had already paid them $30 in advance for the diagnosis and decided to look for a lamp ourself. Within a few minutes we found a lamp for $220 and purchased one on line. After replacing the lamp the problem still existed. They obviously do not know what they are doing and take forever to get back to you with repair information. I will never take anything else there and would recomend that anyone else aviod this company like the plague.
