Chili's Grill & Bar

I absolutely loved this chilis until I took my children to dinner on a Friday night. We were seated quickly, our orders were taken and that was the last we saw of anyone. My cajun pasta wasn't cooked all the way, since the waitress was nowhere to be seen I had to wait to let her know. When she finally came over she said "are you ok", I told her no because my pasta wasn't cooked and she said "oh well so do you want me to bring you a new one". I was irritated at this point because my children were already done with their meals so I asked if she could have a new one to go. She then for the first time offered refills which we declined. A manager never came to our table so I asked to speak with one and let him know that while this was my favorite chilis, this was the mist horrible experience Id had and all he could say was "I'm sorry" repeatedly. Never once offered anything to make my experience any better. Not even after I told him I would never come back to this location. RIDICULOUS!!!

Good food and good service. We come by next week again for dinner!

I must tell you about our experience with Chili's on Va. Bch Blvd. It has always been our favorite place to go and relax and have fun!!! Even before the old one had the fire,it was always our favorite. We love going on Friday nights and having a great drink and chips and salsa. But, the best is your bartender, Hope Foster!! She is friendly, smiles all the time, greats us with "a hi how ya doing," and always has our favorite drink ready. Hope and Megan give the best service, they remember what we like, we never have to ask for anything, they just remember what we like and there it is, right there!! After working at a really stressful job all week, we look forward to our Friday nights, and your great bar staff--Hope and Megan. And we know Hope is working on Saturday afternoon, we go up and have lunch, just to enjoy the atmosphere, and see Hope's smiling face.

I just must tell you, that we think this Chili's is the best, especially on Friday night, when Hope Foster is tending the bar!!!!! She is extra friendly, smiles all the time, and has the best personality!! Also, Megan, the other bartender, is just as excellent! We have so much fun on Friday night, sometimes, if Hope is working, we go up for lunch on Saturday afternoon. She gives the BEST service, never lets us down, she always remembers what we drink, and how we have special foods we enjoy. After a hard week working, and with my job, it's really hard, we just love going up to the bar and having a great drink, chips, salsa and seeing Hope and her smiling face.
