Andrew was very professional and answered any questions I had. He was friendly and a very good worker. If I ever need this service again I will ask for Andrew to be sent to do the job.

Technician came out to clear a clogged sewer drain. He cleared out a pile of tree roots but was not able to completely clear the drain. Roto-Rooter came back out with a camera (free of charge) and a follow-up technician that was very thorough in explaining the problem. They were able to clear the drain and recommend a solution to prevent further clogs.

I've been using roto-rooter plumbing service for years (since 2011). All their technicians who helped in the past did great job. (Tech# 4549) Mr. Jairame Davis helped to resolve my kitchen drainage problem on Saturday evening. He's truly professional and knew what his doing. His suggestion was also valuable and informative.

It was very easy to get one of their guys (Kyle, 3269) on site to discuss the problem with our church's kitchen grease trap. Not only did he address that problem, but he checked the surrounding pipes and made good recommendations. Because we need our kitchen during the week, Kyle came that very Saturday, even though it was his day off, and did an excellent job. Afterwards, he checked everything, and even helped me with an unrelated plumbing problem. Top-notch service, pre-agreed-upon pricing, and easy scheduling. Way to go, Kyle!

Chris was very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. I needed emergency service and was very happy they were able to get someone here so quickly. He was able to take care of my problem quickly and efficiently.

Tim (2508) arrived before the appointed time. He was fast, polite, and efficient. Pricing of services seems to be taking advantage of people in nasty circumstances but Techs don’t set the price.

I had 2 techs come out to assess my problem. One was Mark (2840) who remedied my clogged sink with a solution, the other Harold (2004) who fixed my leaky pedestal sink, changing the inlet hoses. I waited 24-48 hours to see if everything was ok. And it was! Thanks Rooter Rooter. The job resulted in [a positive outcome. Both men were kind, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Would I do it afain? You betcha. It was pricey, but it was worth it. I am one happy person.

I had Tech #1439 Victor. He was very polite, prompt, and professional (3 p’s). He came to my house at a good time to fix my leaking toilet. He worked fast and the price did not break me, it was good. The tech Andre #8971 arrived on time, he was very friendly and courteous. He was very knowledgeable about the work he performed. Andre went over and beyond to address all of my issues and concerns. I considered Andrea top-rated employee which makes Roto-Rooter a five-star company. I would not hesitate to call Roto Rooter if have an issue in the near future.

Spiro (3104) was very professional and cost efficient when addressing potential draining problems we had at our rental property. He spoke with me and the tenant and was very thorough in trying to figure out why the tenants thought there was a draining problem. We all confirmed that there was nothing wrong and he was very clear in explaining that if there was a problem, he would fix it but slow draining was due to the large party the tenants had over the weekend. Spiro was very helpful and accommodating and I would recommend him and Roto-Rooter to anyone.

Pat came right on time and was very professional. He fixed my garbage disposal very promptly and efficiently. Could not have asked for an easier appointment!

Mark was the field technician that came out to assist with our cracked sewer line. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain every step to us. He came out late friday afternoon and had a team here at 730 am on Saturday morning to get the job taken care of asap. I had a couple of questions and he responded to me right away and took great care of us

Our basement floor drain had backed up and we needed help immediately. Roto-Rooter was there in an hour! Tim (2508) did a superb job cleaning out the drain and resolved the problem quickly and professionally. He also gave us a very fair and reasonable price on the labor which was a huge help to my aging mother on a fixed income. Job well done, thank you Tim and Roto-Rooter!!

I had a leak coming from a toilet into the basement. My neighbors recommended this amazing company. They arrived the next day to find the problem immediately...and wouldn't GIVE UP...until it was PROPERLY taken care of. They were extremely PROFESSIONAL! Heto from Roto-rooter was outstanding! He was on time, explained things well, cleared the clogged drain quickly and even cleaned up so that the tub looked better than when he arrived! I was very pleased with this service.

This was by far the best customer service experience I have ever had. A local company tried to rip us off. Andrew #2658 came in, and fixed the issue! He came to our house at 8pm and didn't leave until 12am. He then came back in the morning with Bob #3213 and finished the work. Amazing work. The last company told us we didn't have an access line. 2 min into the house Andrew found not 1 but 2 access lines. Thank you so much, Andrew and Bob. I will never use another plumbing company.

Chris was very friendly and explained how he would repair our outdoor spigot. He was very informative, worked quickly, and installed a new spigot for us.
