Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

This is the third time we have used roto rooter, and I wouldn't call anyone else for plumbing. They are prompt and efficient, and always have a current coupon offer. Today Grant came out and replaced a water shut off that had been a problem for a while. He also offered very useful advice regarding another area in our 100 year old house, which would have cost a lot of money to provide just a small convenience. We decided against that action, and very much appreciate Grant's honesty and integrity.

Placed a service call to have our backflows looked at for an annual inspection and Pat came out same day and took care of it

I had a Xmas emergency and Rotorooter was able to send someone out very quickly. Aldo was very friendly and professional. He fixed the problem on the first visit. Very satisfied with the service and would recommend and use again.

Joe came out on Christmas Eve and started the process of removing damaged drywall and drying out sub flooring. He managed to complete the entire process with excellent and timely results. Thanks Roto Rooter!

Jair was very professional and in a good mood. He cleaned up well after rodding our drainage pipe. We have convoluted plumbing so it took more than initially expected but he still maintained a positive attitude.

Tim 2508 did a great job for me, he rodded out my lines as they were very clogged, he showed up within an hour of me calling Roto Rooter, very professional, and courteous. I highly recommend Roto Rooter and Tim as well. They do great work and don't rip you off like some places.

Leonard #1479 helped me replace my ejector pump and fix the toilet blockages. He came very promptly at 8AM on a Saturday. He explained to me very well all the issues and helped me select a good quality ejector pump. Overall, the cost was a little more than I had hoped but overall would recommend Leonard at Roto Rooter to do work for me in the future.

Howard (4285) was my technician a few days ago and was extremely helpful in quickly solving the issue with my toilet. He clearly explained the options to me and their prices/ramifications, and performed the work needed very professionally. He also answered questions relating to other plumbing issues around the house. This company gets people out to your house quickly and gets things done right.

Great job! Fast and thorough! Didn’t leave until the problem was fixed. I had a slightly complicated issue where I needed a tough cartridge replaced and an extension added to fit. It wasn’t a problem for Hector though who was able to fix it in minimal time.

I had Roto rooter out 2 days in a row. Finally they sent Mark #2840. He finally unclogged my kitchen pipes which were supposibly not possible according to the other technician that was out twice (one that I will review again). Thank God for Mark. I was getting really frustrated with the company. Thanks to Mark my faith in the company was restored and I even bought a bottle of pipe shield for my pipes. Thank you Roto rooter for correcting your first technicians screw up for no additional cost

So happy with Roto-Rooter! I had a sink clog that I tried all day to fix. It was a Sunday and I called Roto-Rooter because I was at a loss. They were at my door within 2 hours of calling on Sunday night and in a blizzard. The tech that came to the house was great and very thorough. Even though it was late on a Sunday, he had a smile on his face and he took his time. I would highly recommend Roto-Rooter if you need a company to clear your drain. Very satisfied!
