Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Job was completed in a professional manor at the cost quoted. Leonard and Luigi did a GREAT job and the site of the work was left very clean upon their completion. I would highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

My technician Mark(2840) was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, professional, and most important trust worthy! He was very clear on recommendations and cost associated with least costly alternative suggested first. Learned a lot today about overall operations of my plumbing system. Needed an important task done in my home that entailed certain perimeters and was time sensitive. Work was done accordingly and met my needs as well as Village Requirements.

We came home on Memorial Day from a 7 day vacation with no hot water. We called Rotorooter and they were onsite in less than 2 hours (at 8PM) on a holiday weekend (no extra after hours or holiday charge)! Jason (#1751)easily recognized that our 15 year old water tank was shot and was back the next morning to replace. I cant express to you my confidence in the Rotorooter Chicago team as this is now the second incident in the last 12 months that they have fixed at the worst time for me and my family. Jason was extremely honest, prompt and courteous throughout the engagement. It reassuring to know that when a plumbing issue comes up in the future we have a reliable, honest team to call.

When your main drain clogs, you take a deep breath and pray for the best. I did call a few different places, but Roto-Rooter was the only company that was in the area and responded immediately to my request for help. This is the 2nd time that I have used Roto-Rooter both were excellent. This last occurrence our tech was wonderful and explained everything that would take place along with help us with preventative maintenance product for our drains. We will be life long Roto-Rooter customers!

My drain to the city pipe was clogged. Roto-Rooter was able to provide me with service the same day that I called! Jair (#5259) and his trainee, Danny (#3986) rodded the pipe in order for my pipes to drain. Jair was very knowledgeable, and was an excellent teacher for Danny. Jair explained the problem, steps I should take to avoid this problem from recurring, and explained the best solution for my situation.

Cy 9823 arrived on time and did a first class repair job for us. He analyzed and identified the problem quickly. Highly recommend!

Plumber (Jair #5259) was prompt, told me exactly what he was going to do for my clogged kitchen sink. I was surprised at the amount of work he needed to do. Price was good. Jair cleaned up and the sink is fixed with a warranty.

You get what you pay for. Same day service for 4 pluming repairs. 1) leaking toilet, 2) stripped shower valve, 3) leaking sink faucet and a slow tub drain. 3 of the four had "issues" to deal with yet the licensed plumber had no trouble problem solving for no extra labor cost. I might have been able to save a few dollars using somebody else, but it would have cost me time and aggravation I do not need. Great professional job!

Today, I had my floor drain rodded by Herman, Tech #8674. He was on time, professional, thorough, and pleasant to work with. He completed the job well and went the extra mile to have his supervisor complete a diagnostic check by putting the camera in the line to ensure there were no structural issues causing the backup. Sure enough he found one (pretty significant)! Luckily for me the City of Chicago offers a program that will make the repair at no cost to me. Had Herman and his supervisor not taken a more detailed look I'd be in the same place again in a short while. I'd definitely recommend Roto-Rooter to a friend/family member.

Jeff responded within an hour of us calling to open up a clogged sewer drain. He also contacted and engaged other team members who worked with him to find the underlying cause of the clog/overflow and who also guided us through a process to file an insurance claim. Very professional and informative.

My kitchen sink backed up and liquid plumber didn’t work. I contacted RotoRooter and they came within two hours. Michael rendered Professional service, offered discounts, and explained how to keep the drain clear. The discounts were greatly appreciated.

Colin (#4772) came out today to fix a slow drain in our kitchen sink. He was very professional, explained exactly what he was doing and what he found, and gave me tips on how to try to avoid clogs in the future & what products to use and not to use. Making an appointment on line is very easy and they came out the next day (would have come the same day had a wanted them too). Thanks for doing a great job!

Jairame Davis is amazing!!! I highly recommend him. He is professional and quick. He quickly assessed the situation. Gave me tips for keeping my pipes clear in the future. Was able to tell me about the type of pipes that I have and future issues that may arise and how to prevent it. He fixed my stubborn bathtub drain that kept backing up and showed us how to prevent it in the future and it wasn't the "use a strainer" answer either. Jairame is fantastic! RotoRooter has helped us so much with their professionalism and their easy to use scheduling system. They get busy, but that is because they are the best.

Gabriel - Employee #5490 - was my technician and he did a great job. It was super easy to book the appointment online on a Sunday night and he was prompt showing up the very next morning. He fixed the problem, was friendly and personable and the job was done quickly. Had used another “Rooter” type of service in the past and was not impressed with the professionalism. This was a very different experience and we were pleased with Roto Rooter. Would use again.

Thomas Allen was our Plummer. Employee #5394. He did a great job. I appreciated how he explained every step of his service and walked us through how to maintain to health of our systems. He worked fast and left instructions behind. Thomas was very personable, which made us comfortable and he also had a sense of humor. Thomas was professional and explained things where we could understand without having a plumbing background. I think Thomas should run his own team, he does a great job.

We have had technicians come to work on various plumbing issues at our residence in the last 5 months and we have always dealt with very helpful and professional staff and technicians.
