Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

I love Roto-Rooter! They respond quickly when there is an emergency. I prefer to have them do maintenance clean-out so the emergencies do not occur! Felipe is a favorite, as he is thorough and explains all that he is doing. He puts 100% + into his work! Thank you!

They did a pretty good job, they knew what they were doing, scheduled me in quickly technician came and analyzed the problem right away and as soon as we gave the ok he went straight ahead to work, stayed in the timeframes he gave me and was very professional all the way, explaining all the steps

Terry was very professional in working with us. Friendly and courteous. He knew what to do and did it well. Promptness not so much. The appointment is being made through a call center and they told us he would be here in the morning. After calling back 3 times for a time they finally dispatched him and he got here at about 5:15. That I am disappointed with. It was not the fault of the technician it was the call center.

Marc (5067) helped me clear a very clogged line this morning, and the experience was great - fast and effective.

Andrew #2658 did a phenomenal job with his visit this afternoon. Very professional and did not try to sell me on a service just to make a buck. Spent some time looking for solutions and communicating options with me. Very much appreciated.

Chris #4830, was awesome, polite, and explained everything that was happen. Sewer issue are something you don’t want to play around with. Unfortunately, I had lots of tree branches in my sewer system that caused the back up in my home (was not happy). Also, We can prevent from flushing anything besides toilet paper. Baby wipes, Feminine toiletries, etc. they do not disolve and they will get stuck in tree branches or roll up in a ball and now that won’t go through the sewer either. Chris was there for the rescue, I can rely on him to get the job done properly. Thank you.

Called Roto-Rooter just before 2PM and had the main drain cleaned and water out by 6PM. Wonderful service! Gerald #4789 was very professional and willing to tackle the messy job at hand. He has a great attitude and was helpful in explaining my plumbing issues.

Andre #8971 was amazing! He could tell we were stressed and concerned about our pipes. He worked diligently until the clog from our main line was removed. We called the night before and they came first thing the next morning. GREAT service. Andre didn't leave a mess behind and explained what caused out clog. We're so happy and grateful we can use water again. THANK YOU!!

When I returned home on Wednesday 8/22/18, the lower level of my condo was flooded with water and sewage. On Thursday 8/23/18, Roto-Rooter dispatched Gerald-4789 to inspect & figure out what was causing the flooding. Gerald was very honest and concerned about what was causing the issue, along with the safety of the five children & myself who reside in my home. Due to his late arrival time and the darkness out side, he agreed to return the next morning (Friday 8/24/18) at 8:00am.

Gerald did keep his promise & returned to my home at 8:00am energized and ready to work. Before I left my home at Noon, Gerald explained every step that was needed to unclog & clear all of the drains. I had to explain to Gerald that I do not know what the lower level looks like (I am wheelchair bound), so I have no ideal of the locations of the drains, laundry or furnace rooms. Gerald then decided to use my phone to take pictures/videos of the rooms & areas affected by the flood.

While working, Gerald and my son (per Gerald's request) kept me informed hourly with his progress with everything by phone. When I returned home at 7:15pm, Gerald (4789) along with Howard (4285) were still working full speed trying to unclog the last drain. I was so surprised to see them because I did not hear anything from Gerald or my son after 5:30pm, so I thought that everything was completed and good.

To say that Gerald and Howard went above & beyond their duties is an understatement. Gerald did an excellent job (Howard as well) and I really appreciate everything that was done. It is very seldom that I as a customer receive excellent services from a repair person. Gerald did not hesitate showing (by pictures and video) and explaining the procedures with necessary steps that he needed to take to complete the job. Not only was Gerald professional, he was very caring & concerned about me and the children inhaling the smells that caused headaches with nausea.

Mark, tech 2840 was at my hoe fixing a difficult blockage. Never gave up on it. Did a great job. I am satisfied completely.

I called Roto-Rooter this morning and service was provided promptly, they came within 30 min! Yuri did a good job unclogging my kitchen sink and both him and Jemo were able to fix my toilet in the basement. Both men were very professional, knowledgeable, and nice. I would not hesitate to call Roto-rooter again with future plumbing issues.

The service I received today from roto rooter was superior our service rep was Tim #2508 whom was prompt in arriving and completed job within 1 hr- we were in need of our sewer line from house being rodded -- everything went smoothly-- thanks Roto-Rooter and Tim

Mark(Tech2840) did a wonderful job. He was very nice and informative. I was able to communicate with him about multiple problems I was having with my kitchen sink, tub and basement sink. He was directed and clear about what I need and what hebwas going to do the help me.

David(3188) came out within an hour of me calling on a hot Sunday in August. Took care of rodding out my main line(roots!) and went back in a few times to make sure he got all he could. Good work David!

Roberto(Tech 2138) did a wonderful job! He was prompt and professional. He installed a new garbage disposal for me quickly and efficiently. I would definitely use this company again.

I called Roto-Rooter Sunday night in a panic because my kitchen sink was overflowing with water. They did not have anyone available until early Morning. Mark (2840) arrived on time and listened to my description of the problem. He quickly sprung into action. He identified, explained, and solved my problem. He was very professional and friendly. Mark saved my sanity and my kitchen floor for that he deserves a raise.

Roto-rooter was truly excellent. It was easy to book online for a next day appointment. The plumber, Jemo, #5415, explained everything and was incredibly thorough. I would definitely use them again.

We called for an appointment on Saturday morning and we were able to get an appointment by Saturday afternoon. Our technician, Mark, was friendly and professional. The problem was solved in one visit.
