I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND FOR REPAIRS!!!I brought in my vehicle to have it repaired-they quoted me $950 and said it would take approx. 4 days to repair. .6 days later I had to call them to find out why i hadnt gotten a call, they informed me that only half the parts were there and it would take a couple more days. 2 more days later they called and said they repairs were ready and it would be $1375!!!! what??? After picking up my vehicle, the following day there was a loud tapping coming from under the hood. When I brought it back in the let them hear it, they said it was another problem and it would be another $1000 to repair SERIOUSLY???!! (But why haven't I heard this tapping before when I've had the car for 2years with NO TAPPING??)

Well, it was amazing experience! The salesmen are friendly and well informed about the cars they have even non-Chrysler cars I honestly wasn’t planning on buying a certain “brand” however Rep. Luis helped me a lot make my decision by narrowing down the number of cars that matched my interest! Additionally, I found the facilities here at Napleton very advanced, especially the Service area.
