Cory was a pleasure to work with. He was very thorough and caring. I was disappointed, however, that I was quoted one buy-out amount then it was lowered, but I don’t think this was Corey’s fault. All in all, I have been satisfied with the process and the service.

I have used Napleton for almost 3 years but never again. I took my vehicle there for an oil change and they diagnosed a problem with the fuel pump, some slight fumes and on their advise I spent $600. They returned the vehicle back without reconnecting the fuel pipe properly to the gas tank and on gassing up later there was a major fuel leak which could have been disastrous. I had to climb under the car and fix it while at the gas station.

Rafael was pleasant and courteous. He built a good rapore with me. My wife and I enjoyed our conversation with him.

Greg was knowledgeable, friendly and made the deal almost painless.
