Great to buy a car or truck...friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. Unfortunately, the good vibe end there. The service department is a zoo of incompetence...how do I know, let me share how it took over a year to get a problem they created completely fixed. I will summarize to keep it simple. Bought 2011 Challenger, it had a sweak when turning. They tried and tried and finally fixed it...but in doing so damaged a piece of trim on the steering wheel. Part ordered, I drove down...after 1+hr of waiting finally told that they ordered the wrong part. Start over...guess what? wrong part again weeks later. Finally had to order a new steering wheel. Installed, all seemed fine and complete. Fast forward to speaking with a fellow challenger owner and get informed that they installed the wrong steering wheel. Confront Napleton and discovered they did in fact install the wrong one...need to say I had to confront in person since my phone call was never returned but was acknowledged by Brian H. once I addressed him. Passed off to Luis in service and he was great about addressing the issue. Fast forward a week and i go in for module to update my steering wheel to proper setup. Knucklehead in service damages a piece of trim...tech orders part and gives me an appointment to return. After cooling off, I spoke with Luis again...he understands service and should have Brian's job as he took the trim off a car on the lot and took care of me. I explained that I would never be back unless it is for my NitroFill which I just got and is good for 1 year agreement. Several people knew what a mess this whole issue was yet I NEVER heard from anyone since...the service writers all apologized (great team by the way, especially Louis and Bobby). Not a peep from Napleton...even Chrysler corporate called me back. I guess Brian and the Napleton team are as happy to be rid of me as I of them...although, I was very nice at every screw up along the way. Central Florida or Airport will get a shot at a new customer and probably a few more once others start experiencing what I did as they do not seem to care about you once they have made the sale.

Lots of craziness, but in the end we left satisfied customers. Victor was very helpful, patient & courteous with us.
