I'm completely disgusted that after 10 years in the Marine Corps, on Sept 11 your finance manager threw my keys at me to be picked up off the floor because I wouldn't accept his offer. What kind of circus are you operating where your employees don't walk someone's keys over to them, shake their hand and thank them for coming into your dealership?
