Bill Ray Nissan

I bought my Nissan in Ohio, but recently moved to Florida. I've had some issues with it and I had to call the service department at Bill Ray, as they're the closest Nissan dealership to me. I'm not sure if John is the head of the service department or just one of the guys there, but he is the most helpful & friendly person in car service I've ever dealt with!! He didn't seem to care that I didn't even buy my car there, but has been overly helpful the few times I have dealt with him. When it's time for me to get a new car I will most definitely go to Bill Ray Nissan!!

Both myself and my wife took a test drive, and then I asked for a second test drive, but on the highway. They were more than happy to oblige and even took the car to the gas station to ensure I could take my time on the drive. The 370Z was a blast to drive and was in "like new" condition. After the drive I asked about the "out the door" price, and they were very straightforward about it, without the typical salesmen talk. Unfortunately, the price was a little out of my budget, but to be fair it was a much nicer car than I expected to get within my budget. However, Buck (internet sales) worked with me on the price and I walked away, well "drove" away, with the car I was looking for and within the budget I had set. I was scheduled to visit a few other dealers/cars later in the day, but with the price they offered, there was simply no need. Once the deal was struck, we had the paperwork finished in minutes, the car was prepped, and I was on my way to lunch! Thank you Bill Ray Nissan

I have stopped in on a couple of occassions to use their level 3 rapid charger for my Nissan Leaf. While they are not really open for sales at 6:30 AM I was able to get into the lot, hook up, and sit in the lobby while I waited for the car to charge. The staff that was there in the morning were friendly and welcomed me to coffee and doughnuts while I waited. They also have three level two chargers on the property as well. I would consider bringing my car here for service if it is needed, its just a little further away from home for regular visits.

Huge shout out to Bill Ray Nissan especially Jason Lorne he was well worth the drive these guys are extremely knowledgeable and professional they really made this experience exciting like it should be buying a car is not a every day purchase well at least not for me!Jason made it a perfect buying experience even got me water through out the process. The finance manager Dan impressed me with his knowledge and wonderful customer service you guys have earned my business and future business. I also recommend my friend Lonny who might I add is truly impressed as well. Thank you bill ray nissan for making this buying process easy and exciting. I don't normally write reviews, but I wanted to say that these guys were great. I have been looking at buying a 2014 370z for about 3 or 4 months. I kept getting these crazy high quotes. I then decided to email a dozen random dealerships across the state.

Bo in the internet department was very helpful in the decision making process without being pushy like most salesman/dealerships can be. They gave me a price that was by far better than any other dealers within a 100 mile radius.

Straight forward negotiations. No hassle. Service department is efficient. They have helped me file warranty claims with Nissan when I thought I would be denied. Would recommend this dealership as of this writing.

I found the LEAF I wanted to buy on the web and contacted this dealership. Overall the experience was good. They did not play any games and worked with me on a price we were both happy with.

I went to Bill Ray Nissan after reading the reviews and was a little worried. But working a deal with Bo and Van I think that it was just a case of not getting what you wanted or "sour grapes". They went above and beyond to make sure that everything was perfect.

Bill Ray Nissan really cares about their customers. I went in looking for a car and this is the 1st time I actually felt valued and respected. The associate that helped me was extremely informative, down to earth, zero pressure and his product knowledge was impressive. 1st class organization all the way!

When it came time to purchase a new vehicle I reached out to him again which says a lot when it comes to purchasing a new car! He clearly gives you the breakdown in pricing and what your options are, which is a great price when compared to other dealerships in town. I highly recommend this dealership. My experience at bill ray nissan was surprising. by surprising, i mean everyone was very friendly and helpful. chris harris, my car salesman asked me what was i looking for and preceded in making my wants a priority. he accessed my wants and he worked towards making it possible. i was not pressured, i was made to feel very comfortable with my decision to purchase a car from bill ray nissan.

When it came time to get a new car I went back to the same salesman, Murphy Santana, to get my new Nissan. There are 3 dealerships that are closer to me, but the drive that I make to get there is way worth it. Their sales, finance and service team are excellent. I have no complaints in all of the years I have gone there with my first car from them enough that I went back for my second car. They gave me the best rate in town compared to the other dealerships. Murphy answers all of your questions and clearly provides you the information so you don't feel pressured into a sale and are confident in your sale. I highly recommend this place and refer my friends here.

I bought my 370z from them 2 weeks ago. Part of the deal was they were to install a rear spoiler on the car.



The whole experience was very professional and prompt. They called me 2-3 days after I purchased the car and scheduled the installation. I brought the car in around 10am and was told it would take until around 3 to finish. I asked if they could get it done sooner because I had things to do later.



They called me back within 2 hours and it was competed. I also asked to have the oil changed. However, the service rep discovered that the car had its oil changed before I bought it. Instead of just getting the extra money for the oil change, he informed me that it wasn't needed.



From my experience, the staff here is very honest and profession and I'd recommend them anytime.

Just bought a car from Chris Wiseman at Bill Ray Nissan. Chris was honest and very helpful through the buying process. I found the finance department to be very helpful and easy to do business with. Offered multiple styles of extended warranty but no high pressure sales. I actually enjoyed the experience. I would definitely recommend checking with them if in the market for a Nissan. Their prices were definitely competitive and an overall surprisingly pleasant car buying experience.
