The day finally arrived when we sat down to plan the major project of remodeling our kitchen. We both enjoy interior decorating and had a unique idea in mind. So the shopping began in late winter. We spent many weeks looking at materials and colors, never finding exactly what felt right. Then, one Saturday in early spring, we visited S & W Kitchens and met Bill Burke. We felt comfortable at the onset. The showroom had a very nice selection of many designs offering high quality products. After searching for what seemed like months, S & W had the exact product and color we were looking for. Since we had no prior experience in designing cabinets, we relied on Bill\u2019s expertise to plan our kitchen layout. We were delighted with his detailed presentation. Within a few weeks the renovation was underway. Every craftsman that worked on the project was experienced, friendly and extremely polite. Together with Bill we now have a wonderful chef\u2019s kitchen where we both enjoy cooking. Friends and neighbors were surprised at how beautiful our kitchen is. I recently had S and W supply the cabinets for my new kitchen. Their staff was very attentive, professional and experienced.

After working with and visiting several major kitchen remodeling companies locally, we happened into S and W Kitchens, actually as the result of a recommendation by one of the kitchen companies that sent us there to actually look at the appliances at Milkarsky’s. Once we walked into the showroom, we knew we needed to speak to S and W about the project we were about to embark upon. We met with Bill Burke and the renovation team and arranged for a visit and a subsequent quotation. Their conscientiousness and their friendly attitude coupled with a great price made the final decision of who to select very easy. Bill said that we would be done in about 6 weeks, which would have brought us to the beginning of November. We actually wanted to make sure that the renovation was completed before Thanksgiving. The workmanship and the friendliness of the crew doing all the work was beyond anything we could have expected. Having had 7 houses built for us since we were married, we were astounded by the neatness and the cleanliness during the entire project.



Not once did they leave our house a mess and the six weeks it took (right on schedule) made this a very easy endeavor. We not only contracted for new cabinets but also to have a half wall moved, a new tile floor installed along with the new cabinets in the kitchen and four bathrooms and new kitchen fixtures from Milkarskys.



Everything they committed to was done as promised. It was suggested that we use SawTech in Sanford for our counter tops which we did and chose Quartz for the kitchen and one bath and granite for the others. This made our life really easy so that we did not have to run around finding someone to install countertops etc.



Since completion, we have had numerous people visit and they all fell in love with our cabinets and brand new kitchen (and bathrooms too). The crown molding coupled with the rest of the furniture quality trim gave us the most beautiful kitchen we have ever had. I highly recommend S and W for any project in your home and the selection of cabinets they offer will satisfy every taste with a range of quality cabinets. S and W is the best company we have ever worked with for such a “major” renovation project.
