This review is in regards to my experience with the service department, as I bought my Nissan from another dealer two yeas ago. My engine light had recently come on so I swung by this dealer after work with no appointment and they had me in and out of there in a little over an hour. The code said I needed a part replaced and they ordered the part for me, let me know it would be delivered in a few days and would call me back to schedule when to fix it. While I was waiting for them to read the code they had a nice sitting area, wi-fi, TV, etc. They called me back a week later to schedule the apt. and let me know that they have a complimentary shuttle service to take me to work and pick me up which was very convenient! When I dropped my car off that morning the shuttle (which is a brand new, fully loaded, clean Nissan van) dropped me and another man off at our jobs. The driver was very professional and entertaining. The called me in just over an hour to say my car was already fixed and would have the shuttle to come pick me up again. All the staff I worked with, from the service representative to the receptionist were very friendly and glad to answer all my questions.

I took my Pathfinder in to Bill Ray after having several local mechanics look at it. I was having electrical issues, and had changed the alternator and battery. Something continued to drain my battery, but the other places didn't find it. I made my appointment online, and when I arrived they were super busy. They fixed my issue, took care of a recall, and got me back in my car quickly. They didn't try to rap me, so they earned my future business.

My review will cover both sales and service as I feel both deserve a well earned 5 stars.



Sales: First and foremost, if you are interested in buying a car, ask for Larry Teller. Back in 2007 I purchased a new Nissan Frontier; I used the internet team, pretty painless experience; I knew what I wanted, they were offering some deals at the time so I left with as a happy customer with a brand new frontier.



Service: I've been servicing my frontier from the day I bought it to the day I traded it in with Bill Ray's service department (2007-2013). I give them a rating of 10 each time because I've never had an issue. Bill Ray and mother Nissan combined stepped up to help cover a hefty out of warranty repair cost I incurred recently. They didn't have to do this but they did.



Conclusion: I've sent 2 coworkers to Bill Ray Nissan, both walked out as happy owners of brand new 2013 Frontiers. I'll continue to refer people to their dealership. I hope this helps boosts your ratings, you guys deserve it. I also hope this helps future customers focus on some positives and give Bill Ray a chance.

I dealt primarily with Tom Fix and I had a great car buying experience. We negotiated the price over the phone and I pretty much just showed up to sign but they were true to their word and I got a great deal on exactly the car I wanted. I have had a long list of horrible experiences at Universal Nissan in Orlando and despite the hour drive to get to Bill Ray in Longwood I would do it again in a heartbeat. A new car purchase is too big of a deal to trust to people who lie and try to manipulate you (Universal Nissan).



Thank you to Tom, JD, Earl, and Linda over at Bill Ray Nissan. :) It is nice to have a car buying experience that is more pleasure than the usual pain. :)



After two months I am happier than ever. The dealership called me and told me they found another rebate I was eligible for that was not put in my deal and that they had a check for me for $750. Picked it up nice and quick. They have been very helpful with several simple issues that I had...

My husband and I found ourselves in need of a car after his van died an untimely death recently. A year ago, I had rented a car for a week and ended up with a Nissan Altima. I loved it and knew I'd want to buy one if we ever had to replace a vehicle.

Feeling like giving up at this point, we made one last stop over at Bill Ray Nissan. It was the best decision we made all day. Chris met us outside, introduced himself, and we immediately felt at ease. We went inside, explained our situation (again, both with the vehicle needs and financial needs) and he immediately got to work. He took us outside to show us the cars that would work for us, and I took an Altima out for a test drive.



To wrap up this story, we ended up with a great deal on our Altima, a great experience with both our salesman Chris and Phillip in the finance department

We really wanted a Nissan Maxima, and Bill Ray Nissan easily had the best prices around. At first, we were concerned by some of the negative reviews. These concerns were quickly dissipated: the guy we worked with (Jose Menendez) was great. He got back to us via phone/email quickly, answering our questions clearly, and came up with the goods! The actual purchase was painless, and the (ever present) paperwork was easy with these guys. Overall, couldn't have had a better experience!

My personal view onu the car bying experience is that there are no true "Good Deals" or "Bad Deals". At the end of the day, if you feel that you got what you wanted, for at or near the price you were anticipating, then you got a "Good Deal"... simple as that. Most situations where I read of people getting "Bad Deals", they usually say something in the review that leads me to believe that they either did not do their research first, or they simply had unrealistic expectations before ever even walking in the door. NEVER, EVER, walk on to any lot not knowing exactly what you are looking for, options included and settle for nothing else. If that dealer does not have what you're looking for, there's plenty more dealers that will have it. You can count on that! Knowing the fair market value of both the purchase vehicle AND your trade vehicle (if applicable) is of the utmost importance.



My salesman's name was Chris Wiseman. I emailed back and forth with Chris a few times the day prior to going to the dealership. At no time, during email correspondence, or in person, was Chris ever pushy or tactical in the way he interacted with me. Chris treated me with total respect, I felt. If you consider this dealership, definitely try to connect with Chris! Chris and I had already negotiated what I felt to be a fair vehicle price before I ever even made the drive to the dealership. So once there, all we had to do was come to terms with the amount that they would give me for my trade, as well as a fair percentage rate on the financing. Right out of the gate, their first offer on my trade was very fair. I counter offered for only a few hundred more dollars, and they agreed to that without any further negotiation. Again, I was REALISTIC and knew from RESEARCH what my trade was worth. I never had the sales manager or "Closer" come in and join Chris to gang up on me. It was one-on-one the entire negotiation. But again, since I was realistic, there was no need for Chris to have to bring in backup.



On to financing... Without a doubt, the part of the buying experience that I hate the most! I have had past experiences with finance folks being very happy and smiley, UNTIL you decline the add-ons (Extended warranties, paint protectant sealants, etc...) becoming very rude and standoff-ish and basically wanting to curse you out if they could. In this particular case though, even after declining these add-ons, Kelly Bailey (I think it was Kelly, can't remember 100%) at Bill Ray was still right there, smiling, conversational and seemed pleased to just have me in her office doing business. Much respect for her as well through this process.



The bottom line... Don't blame dealerships and post negativity because you were not prepared. Thank you Chris Wiseman and Kelly Bailey at Bill Ray Nissan for a pleasurable car buying experience!

Very satisfying experience at Bill Ray I drove up Mark Tinitigan spoke with me right away and ask about my budget and needs. He went over what I was looking for and showed me quality vehicles with no problems test driving. Everyone was friendly and helpful, Mark Tinitigan seemed to go out of his way to make sure things went smoothly and discussed the process thoroughly with me at. I went in not expecting to leave with a vehicle and ended up leaving in a wonderful car that I couldn't have ever expected to have.

After initial contact via email response from Bo Rhodes I went to the dealership and everything was as had been discussed. I did the deal, including financing, in a short period of time and was on my way. The physical plant at this dealership is quite nice and all staff that we came in contact with were personable and professional. I'd have no hesitancy recommending this dealership based on my experience thus far.

We have been looking for a new car for the past few weeks and have been to many dealerships. We've learned that the dealer is as important as the car itself. After narrowing our choices down to a few models, it was the Bill Ray Nissan dealership that won us over. Our first contact was over the internet. Bo Rhodes got in contact with us immediately. By this time we had become leery of the dealership experience, but when we arrived Bo was welcoming, honest and worked hard to find us the car we wanted at the price we were willing to pay. After the sale Bo was terrific going over all the details of the car before we left the dealership. New cars are certainly complicated machines, but Bo made it easy for us to understand. I would recommend Bo to anyone who would appreciate his straightforward approach. Who wouldn't?

I bought my Juke here at Bill Ray , got excellent service all around, but this is what puts them on top verses other dealers. I moved to West Palm Beach and live close to Royal Palm Beach Nissan. Took my car there for an tire pressure check , and they lost two of my caps. Went back after serval phone calls to get my caps , surprise they don't have it nor sell , nor will give me what they have . I called Bill Ray Nissan where Jodie received my call explained what happen and he says no problem we can mail you a new set. Just like that, THAT IS WONDERFUL SERVICE!!!

My experience with Bill Ray Nissan was fantastic. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I walked in by myself to review a 2010 Nissan Rogue I saw on Cars.com. Well, after hearing what I was looking for in a Rogue, My sales Rep, Murphy Santana worked hard at providing me with the information that I needed to move forward with a 2012 Pre-Certified Rogue that was on the lot... that very same evening. I am very happy with my purchase. I would definately recommend this dealership.
